Custom seating works best when it's treated as a system - not a series of disconnected components. That's why our main order form is designed to spec a full system. You can also order a backrest, cushion, or hardware on its own and expect the same thoughtful design and integration with your current seating components.

Order Form FAQs

  • In both pricing formats, quotes list all selected components and options as line items. With itemized pricing, each line item carries its own individual cost. With bundled pricing, many commonly selected components and upgrades are included within the primary product's package price, reducing the number of individually priced items. 

    Both formats result in the same final product - the difference is how pricing is presented and managed. 

  • With itemized pricing, changes to individual line items may result in visible cost changes that can require additional review or approval, depending on the payer. With bundled pricing, many commonly selected options and upgrades are included within the primary product price, which can help reduce administrative revisions prior to purchase order submission. Approval requirements ultimately depend upon the funding source.

  • The Client Measurement form is required when ordering custom products by measurement rather than from an approved digital scan. When required, submit the completed form alongside the applicable order form.

  • Yes! Order details can be reviewed and adjusted prior to purchase order submission. Making changes before the PO is submitted helps ensure accurate configuration and can reduce administrative revisions.
